The Fireprint low-temperature magnetic gas pyrolysis unit changes the situation fundamentally. It relies on organic matter inside waste to maintain reactions and realizes automatic waste cracking without diesel or extra fuel. Operating in a sealed micro-oxygen environment at 20–380℃, the equipment adopts magnetic catalytic low-temperature pyrolysis without open flames, restraining dioxin formation at the source, and flue gas emissions meet international environmental standards. Mixed solid waste including kitchen waste, plastics and agricultural residues can be directly fed without complex sorting.

The chemical energy stored in waste converts into stable medium-low temperature heat, which connects with Stirling generators for thermoelectric conversion to supply on-site electricity. The modular skid-mounted design features small footprint, easy installation and commissioning, high automation and simple maintenance with only one operator. Waste volume reduction exceeds 90%. Pyrolysis residues are stable and recyclable. On-site disposal cuts expensive waste transportation and eliminates leachate and odor pollution.
